Building
The hangar is scheduled to begin construction summer of 2023, completed by late fall 2023. The structure will be located on the west side of the airport, between taxiway A and B. The building will be wood framed and clad with steel siding. It will be fully insulated and include electrical, propane and water services. Each unit will be outfitted with a full span, hydraulically operated door, that can be operated via remote if required. There will be an automatic electric gate added to the existing fence for security and easy vehicular access.

• Each unit is 45' Wide by 38.5' Deep, 15' tall opening
• Each unit will come complete with a 43' wide Powerlift Door
• Each unit will be fully lit with LED Highbay Lighting
• Each unit to be lined with white steel liner panel
• Each unit will be outfitted with electrical receptacles
• New asphalt taxiways to be completed to each unit
• Electric or propane heating optional

The units have been designed to fit most GA aircraft on wheels or floats, including, but not limited to;

Lease terms
Units will lease for $1200 per month, plus utilities. The minimum initial lease period will be 2 years, with the option to extend.
Better lease rates will be offered for longer commitments
Transient Aircraft
There will be an option for transient aircraft to utilize the large hangar on a per-use, first-come, first-serve basis. Pricing will vary based on duration and aircraft type
